Good day everyone,

Thank you for the continued support and for reading our brief situational update today.

We have started to invite the majority of classes to return to school for physical classes. (JLPT Prep course re-planning is still underway.)

Most participants should have received an email update from us regarding the resumption or status of your class by this evening.
If you have received, please submit the reply requested of in the email, so that the school is updated on your return status.

If you have not received, but is aware that your classmates or peers have, please let us know so we can check.

In terms of safety measures, other than the mandatory safe-entry check-in, which includes the 3 declarations, we will physically check temperatures for any signs of fever.

As with the pre-circuit breaker period earlier this year, people who are unwell, exhibit any respiratory symptoms will not be allowed to attend class.

Masks are to be kept on at all times.

Our cleaners will go in to sanitise the classrooms before the next class comes in.

We have rearranged all the seating for classrooms, such that seats are at fixed intervals that observe the 1m safe distance requirement.

Because there are less seats in each classroom, there may be less options available for class replacements, so please try to attend your class if you can.

We will also introduce measures to reduce the chances of interaction between students of different classes.

e.g. all common study areas will be closed off to prevent people from different classes sitting together.

This is not the entire exhaustive list of the measures we will implement and will introduce more wherever required,

We look forward to welcoming you back to school shortly!
